Inn Foods was established in 1976 and is recognized as a reliable, competitive source of frozen food products. We set industry standards for blending and packaging. Inn Foods’ custom packaging and co-packing capabilities are second to none.
A $3.5 million upgrade to our blending and packing facilities put Inn Foods in the forefront of 21st Century frozen food technology. In addition to increasing capabilities for blending in precise quantities and meeting the widest range of packaging requirement, Inn Foods added enrobing equipment for food flavoring.
- Inn Foods is an industry leader at sourcing and importing frozen products and packaging materials worldwide.
- We have established, long term relationships with our domestic and international suppliers.
- We contract 100% of the production from most of our domestic and international suppliers – the result: better control over quality, availability and cost.
- In most cases we finance our international suppliers. The result is better control over quality, availability and cost.
- Our California packing plant is Organic Certified and USDA Meat and Poultry approved and licensed. Its capabilities include the blending of frozen proteins, vegetables, pasta, rices, sauce pellets or fruits. Options are only limited by the customer’s imagination.
- Our Texas plant is USDA Meat and Poultry approved and licensed. Its capabilities include the blending of frozen vegetables, pasta, rices, sauce pellets, or fruit.
- Both plants have meal kit assembly capabilities, and the California plant has product flavoring capabilities that provide unlimited product development options.
Our plants and any of the plants with whom we deal meet strict certification standards:
- FDA registration and HACCP certification.
- Minimum rating of “excellent” under AIB or equivalent inspection.
Our facilities are:
- Approved by some of the nation’s top food producers and retailers
- Equipped with high speed, ratio control packaging, X-ray examination of product and air systems to minimize contamination
- Packaging capabilities include form and gusseted bags, insertion of flavor packets, meal kit assembly, and multiple pack sizes
